Refund policy

We at Imagella LLC place a high value on customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise when you need a refund of a product purchased from our store. To accommodate you in these situations, Imagella has developed a straightforward refund policy for our digital products. Please review the refunds and non-refundable sections below before making your purchase.

Refund Window

Imagella will not accept any request for refund for a digital product after 180 days of the original purchase date. If 180 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund although Imagella may consider an exchange at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund for your digital image(s), please email us at info@imagella.com.

Refunds

Imagella sells digital products and under most circumstances, we cannot refund purchases. However, if we do agree to a refund, we will do it through the payment method you used. Under some circumstances we may agree to an exchange of images.

Restocking Fee

Imagella does not charge a restocking fee because we sell digital images.


As Imagella sells digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our site.

Please ensure that you've chosen the product correctly and it is the product that you intend to purchase. Imagella recommends contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

If you find any issue with the quality of the downloaded product, please contact us immediately. We will look into the problem and if we are unable to resolve it within 3 business days, a refund and/or exchange will be provided for the problematic product.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore Imagella does not satisfy any refund requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.).

Imagella does not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Our Technical Support Team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner.

Non-refundable

Our products are digital and are delivered to you instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of the goods (downloadable and non-tangible), we generally cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

We recommend reading all available information about a product before you place your order. If you're uncertain about a product, please contact our support team prior to making a purchase.

Extenuating Circumstances

While refunds are typically not provided for our digital downloadable goods, we understand that extenuating circumstances may occur. We will consider requests for a refund on a case-by-case basis within 180 days of the transaction.

    If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us directly with the following details:

    a) Order number.

    b) Detailed reason for your refund request.

    The final decision will be made at our discretion, taking into consideration your situation and the details provided.
